Frank and Deborah Champlin are graduates of Oaksterdam University, Oakland, CA. They have over 20 years’ experience in the Medical Cannabis Industry, and Frank was one of the first 500 patients to receive a medical marijuana card under California’s Prop 215, December 1996. Deborah is a certified Family Herbalist from the School of Natural Healing and has been using cannabis along with other herbal formulations for her medical condition for over a decade.
