From Anxiety to Nirvana: How I overcame cannabis' adverse side-effects and became a Ganja Yogi
Dee Dussault's recent book, Ganja Yoga, goes into the deep spiritual history and yogic properties of weed, but the early chapters the author's intense THC-fuelled paranoia as the reason why she went a decade fearing the herb. As the first yoga teacher to offer a pairing of cannabis and yoga, Dee now guides nervous first-timers and burned-but-curious folk who might be willing to give the plant a second chance. In this talk, complete with mindful breathing and hand-stretching exercises, Dee will share her story and give tips for those wanting to give ganja a try, on the mat or off.
Dee will have a book signing session at the end of her presentation.
